Mike Weir, one of Canada’s most celebrated golfers, partners with Portland, Oregon-based PAYNTR Golf as an ambassador for the latest in golf footwear technology.
Meticulous and methodical in his approach to the game, Weir was searching for footwear that advanced the biomechanics of his golf swing. He discovered PAYNTR Golf while searching options online and quickly became an advocate for the brand. After rigorous testing for several months, a partnership was born.
In January 2022, PAYNTR Golf announced Mike Weir as its first brand ambassador. Weir will be wearing the PAYNTR X 002 LE and is confident that the unique traction design will lead to an increase in leveraging ground forces, maximizing swing speed and delivering improved performance.
